Fine Dining
Geronimo - Make reservations! Great special occasion and excellent food. They never disappoint Expensive, but worth it.
The Compound -Make Reservations! Another consistent restaurant in the fine dining category. Unique offerings of highest quality and an excpeptional wine list. Expensive, but worth it!
Santacafe - Fine dining category. Last meal there was not over-the-top, just average. Wasn't bad, just wasn't great. Maybe just a bad night. Hope to see some improvement.
The Old House Restaurant - not what you'd expect from a hotel restaurant. Not as pricy as two previous restaurants. Well-thought out entrees. New chef has delivered and raised the bar. Reservations recommended.
Casual Dining
Santa Fe Bar & Grill - Consistent, reasonably priced and accomodating for families. Lively atmosphere and loud restaurant, but food is worth it.
Blue Corn Cafe & Brewery - moderately priced New Mexican cuisine. Accomdating for families, two locations in Santa Fe. Downtown & Southside.
Cafe Pasqual's - small cozy settingf, even has a "community table." Local flavor with an upscale twist. Also good for breakfast.
For New Mexican:
The Shed- a landmark restaurant. Green chile is hot and sure to please. Less formal.
Maria's of Santa Fe- another great Northern New Mexico restaurant featuring one of the most extensive margarita and fine tequilla lists.
